Privacy policy

FertRadar collects as little personal data as it can: what an account, a purchase and the e-mails you ask for need. No advertising, no analytics service, no tracking across sites.

3. Cookies and browser storage

FertRadar uses no advertising or analytics cookie and no tracker. It sets only what the service needs, which requires no consent:

  • two session cookies, fr.session_token and fr.session_data (with the prefix __Secure- on the site): keep you signed in (30 days, or until you sign out);
  • fr_u: tells the page whether you are signed in, on a free account or on Pro, so that it shows the right state at once (30 days). It grants nothing: every right is checked on our server.

Your browser also keeps your display choices (light or dark mode, chart settings, filters) in its local storage. They stay on your device and are not sent to us. When you open the checkout, Paddle's checkout page may set its own cookies, under Paddle's privacy policy.

5. Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Cloudflare and Resend are based in the United States and certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, covered by the European Commission's adequacy decision (EU) 2023/1795; Cloudflare's data processing addendum also provides the Standard Contractual Clauses (Commission decision (EU) 2021/914) should that certification lapse. Visits are served from Cloudflare's global network, so technical data may be processed outside the EU. The United Kingdom, where Paddle is established, benefits from an adequacy decision of the European Commission. You can obtain a copy of the safeguards by writing to contact@fertradar.com.

6. Your rights

You may access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict its processing, receive it in a portable format, object to processing based on our legitimate interest, and withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting what was done before). Under French law you can also give instructions on what happens to your data after your death. To close your account or exercise a right, write to contact@fertradar.com from the address of the account. We answer within one month; this can be extended by two months for complex requests, in which case we tell you why. For the data Paddle holds as seller, you can also contact Paddle directly.

7. Complaints

If you think your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés), 3 Place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France, or online at cnil.fr/fr/plaintes, or with the supervisory authority of the EU country where you live or work.

8. Security

Connections are encrypted (HTTPS); passwords are stored only as a hash; access to the database is limited to the publisher, with strong authentication. We keep only the data listed above.

9. Changes

We will update this policy when our processing changes and show the date of the last update at the top. If a change affects you materially, we will tell account holders by e-mail.
